Welcome to EWC Student Village where we understand the importance of safe, clean, well-maintained and adequately furnished student living accommodation.  With too many years experience in the hospitality and rental industry and the same amount of time exposure to human relations skills training, have all enabled us to provide a comfortable, value for money student residence in Germiston CBD.  We are sensitive to individual needs and do our best to make our tenant, the student as welcome as possible.

Our close location to EWCs’ Germiston Campus adds extra precious time to the Student Day and saves on additional transport costs. It is a brisk 5-minute walk, just 450 metres from our front door to EWC Germiston campus entrance point.

If it’s a problem for you, then it’s ours too.  We do our best to resolve maintenance concerns without delay.

Essentially, we exist for you as our resident and endeavour to make your stay as comfortable, safe and pleasant as possible, enabling you to focus on your studies and to make the most of your student years.
